What is LUMA Wellness?

Founded by Karina, it hosts intimate 2-night weekend retreats for 8–12 women in private countryside villas in the Utrecht region. LUMA Wellness is not Lu’ma Wellbeing (lumawellbeing.com), an international yoga, fitness, and corporate-retreat brand. It is also not the Luma events platform (luma.com). This company is a Dutch women’s countryside villa retreat, registered as Luma Wellness Travel.

Who it is for

Women who feel overstretched by work, family, or city life and want one restorative weekend — not a week-long ashram, not a party, not a performance-heavy yoga bootcamp. Most guests come alone from Amsterdam, Utrecht, Rotterdam, The Hague, and nearby European cities.
